These terms govern your use of Fire Codes Compliance ("FCC") websites, communications, and messaging programs.

SMS / text messaging terms

Program. FCC sends text messages to FCC team members, customers, and service partners who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive texts. Messages relate to service coordination, scheduling, inspection reports and notices, and replies to questions you send us.

Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from FCC at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase or employment.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your service activity and requests.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact brock@firecodescompliance.com or 980-272-6802.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy: https://firecodescompliance.com/privacy-policy/. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Use of information. Information on our website and in our communications is provided for general information about our services and does not replace a site-specific inspection or the requirements of the authority having jurisdiction.

Changes. We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed.
