Fire Codes Compliance, LLC — Text Message (SMS) Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
Fire Codes Compliance, LLC ("FCC," "we") sends text messages only to FCC employees and on-call staff who have agreed to receive them. These messages are operational alerts about service calls received by FCC's after-hours answering line (for example: "Emergency call from (704) 555-0100 at 9:14 PM. Paging on-call now.").
What we collect. The mobile phone number and name of each employee who opts in, and a record of the alerts sent to that number.
How we use it. Only to deliver FCC answering-line and on-call alerts. We do not send marketing messages.
Sharing. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver the messages (Amazon Web Services) and only for that purpose.
Opt-in. Employees opt in by giving FCC management their mobile number for on-call alerts and confirming by replying START or YES to our first message.
Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact service@firecodescompliance.com or (980) 272-6802.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with call volume. Message and data rates may apply.
Security. Phone numbers and message logs are stored in FCC's private, access-controlled cloud systems.
